hello 2007

Well, I'm still around. Just absent from the blogger world. i've been so busy. I dont really have much time, but i felt that i really needed to give an update. they will all be very short...

-Christmas was fun. That morning, we opened presents around the tree. Andrew gave me tickets to go to NYC to see "Wicked." [Its about the wicked witch of the west, from the wizard of oz.]

-Spent the afternoon/evening with andrew's family. It was great having people watch erica. i was able to watch the eagles football game for the first time this season. It was a great game.

-Overnight and tuesday, we were at my parents' house. Also had great fun. Erica enjoyed playing with her cousin [4 months older than her], and her baby cousin.

-Erica was SOOO tired after christmas, she's started sleeping in until 9 or 10. Thats amazing, since she used to always wake up at 7. I must admit, i too was sleeping in late. We went a bit overboard in resting up from the holidays.

-Oh, erica learned how to jump. It may seem silly to those of you who have been jumping for years. But its something that needs to be learned, and its not that easy. But she's having a wonderful time jumping all around.

-New years eve, my parents took erica. then andrew, abby, and i went to a party at my church. I drank all night-- coffee, diet pepsi, and then water because i realized i was getting dehydrated. We played games... and some 70-ish year old lady beat me at pit. I'm such a loser. We watched a movie. And rang in the new year by toasting with moxie. that stuff is disgusting. dont ever try it.

-I've been on a reading rampage. I'm devouring books. Its wonderful. I've regained my love of books. Okay, its not like i went thru a phase of hating them, its just that i didnt have time. But now i'm reading again. I read "the pact," "can you keep a secret," "monster," and now i'm on "twighlight."

Well, i'm gonna go now. i want to get back to my book. Have a great week!

YOU HAVE TO CALL ME! I NEED TO KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS ON TWIGHLIGHT!It's perhaps the best book I've read in a long time!

Can You Keep a Secret is a great book! So are all the others ones by that same author. I think I read all except one. They're funny!

*Sigh* I want to read more again. I should have used some time this break to pick up a book...

Hi Becky!!

We've also been sleeping in WAY too late around here. It's been nice, but everything goes back to normal on Monday, when school resumes. ick.
