oh the pain!

i want to cry... I'm in so much pain! Well, its not a fierce biting pain... but its a constint throbbing.

I have trouble with my knees. with most of my joints, actually. They're all too loose... so instead of gliding nicely off eachother, they pound into eachother. Also taken into consideration is that my meniscus [the stuff between your knee joints] are off-centered.

When I was in college, there was a time when it was so bad that i could hardly walk. It was awful! Horrid. I had to get rid of all my high-heeled shoes [so sad]. After some physical therapy, it got better. Not always perfect, but tollerable.

I dont know what happened. I havent been wearing high heels. I havent been running or anything else thats tough on my joints. But its horrid! it hurts so bad. I cant fall asleep. Nothing I do can ease the pain. i had taken tylenol, but it didnt make the pain go away. So, I just took tylenol PM... so at least I can fall asleep. For the past hour i've just been tossing and turning in bed. My poor husband couldnt fall asleep either. So i'm up now, waiting for the medicine to kick in. Once i feel significantly drowzy, i'll go back to bed.

I've seen "vitamins" or some other type of concoction that is supposed to help joint pain. I never invested b/c I figured it was bogus. But i may actually try it. I'll try anything at this point!

[I am not spellchecking this or looking for typos. I'm too besides-myself to do it. Sorry if this is a mess of spelling and grammar!]

OMG! Aren't you in your 20's?? I know the stuff you are talking about- just don't ask me to say it! The Hubs takes it for his joints. Swears by it!

Hope it gets better soon!
