Golfing

Saturday was a great family day. I really loved it.

There's a golf place not too far from us. Not one of those huge ones like the pros use. Not miniature golf. A medium sized course. What is it called-- chip and putt? I don't really know.

ANYWAY. We went right when they opened at 9. They normally don't allow kids under the age of 5 [for safety reasons], but no one else was there yet so the lady said we could take Erica w/ us.
* * *
Oh my! Erica was so stinkin' cute!! Her A. Abby gave her play golf clubs for her birthday, so Erica ran around with us, swinging her plastic golf club and ball. She "tried" to tee-off with us [is that what its called? can you tell i don't know much about golf!], but it didn't really go anywhere. When we would get close to the hole, she'd also try to hit her ball towards it, but more often than not she just picked it up and dropped it in.

I know I have a separate page where I've been posting recent pictures, but I need to share these anyway. Too cute.
-
There's more I could write-- but Erica is awake now. I probably should go get her.

[Oh, and FYI: Andrew won, I came in 2nd, and Erica in 3rd place. There was no doubt in my mind that that would be the outcome.]

toni- if anyone cheated, it was me. At one point, I had to get the ball up a steep incline, and when Andrew wasnt looking, I picked up the ball and tossed it up.
:-)

silverneurotic- she really did have a blast. We all did.

Here they come your interview questions that is.

1. What is your biggest pet peeve?

2. What do you think is the hardest thing about being a wife and mother?

3. What do you consider your best and worst qualities?

4. If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why?

5. What do you think is the most important thing you can teach your child?

Be sure to add this at the end of your questions so that people that read your blog can ask you to interview them.

So to anyone that is interested, I'll interview YOU! Here's what you do:
1. *Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me." *
2. *I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the
questions. *
3. *You will update your weblog with the answers to the questions. *
4. *You will include this explanation and an offer to interview
someone else in the same post. *
5. *When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them
five questions.*
